Lost or demaged
Please check your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, so that I can assess and resolve the issue.
Archivio Vuoto will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to packages once they have been handed over to the postal service. I can assure you that I will take the utmost care when packing your order to ensure that your prints are protected from any potential damage.
Shipping
Orders will be shipped within 2-3 days of being placed. Please note that the majority of the products are made to order, so allow at least a week for the delivery of your purchase. You will receive an email to inform you of the status of your package.
Returns
In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, I am able to facilitate an exchange for you, given that the product is made to order. I kindly ask you to be mindful of this when placing your order. For this reason, I am unable to accept any returns or refunds of any kind.
